About the Role
Sree Dhanya Homes is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Maintenance Engineer (Civil) to manage post-handover maintenance activities for residential and commercial projects. The role involves attending customer complaints, coordinating repair and rectification works, monitoring service quality, and ensuring timely issue resolution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess sound technical knowledge in civil maintenance works, strong coordination and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth maintenance operations and service excellence.

Experience: Freshers / Minimum 2 years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and resolve customer complaints and service requests
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance and repair works
• Conduct site inspections and identify corrective measures
• Ensure timely closure of complaints with quality standards
• Maintain proper documentation and service records
• Monitor safety practices during maintenance activities
• Support in snag rectification and preventive maintenance
• Willing to travel between the site.

Requirements

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in construction/residential projects)
• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance and finishing works
• Good communication and coordination skills
