About the Role
Sree Dhanya Homes is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Architect to lead design coordination, statutory approvals, consultant management, and
architectural execution support for our residential and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring
timely project execution aligned with quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external architects, consultants, and design vendors
• Review architectural drawings for compliance with project requirements, KMBR regulations, and company standards
• Coordinate design revisions, approvals, and technical clarifications with consultants and internal teams
• Handle and track statutory approvals and NOCs including Municipality, Fire, PCB, RERA, etc.
• Act as the key coordinator between consultants, site teams, management, and authorities
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper implementation of drawings and resolve site-related architectural queries
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, and other teams for clash resolution and constructability
• Maintain documentation related to drawings, approvals, revisions, and submissions
• Ensure timely release of drawings and approval clearances to support smooth project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction projects
• Strong knowledge of KMBR and statutory approval procedures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines
